Patient Safety & Quality Execute modelling tasks in full compliance with Q&R standards.Complete 99% of mandatory trainings on time.Contribute to CAPA investigations and corrective actions.Ensure accuracy of configurations across all archetypes, including 3PP and localized NAR variants.2. Customer Experience Deliver first‑time‑right catalog outputs that support NPS experience.Ensure modelling accuracy that prevents quoting, pricing, ordering, and system errors.Work closely with SMEs and Managers to address any modelling defects rapidly.3. Execution Excellence & Simplification Execute modelling tasks to meet BU-specific performance metrics.Perform accurate modelling for:Standard catalog items3PP products (MRFs, data mapping, configuration setup)Pricing structures (price lists, country rules, feature pricing)NAR localized offerings (regulatory variants, channel differences)Support modelling corrections, revalidations, and quality checks.Participate in issue triaging by identifying errors and escalating appropriately.4. People Development & ESG Actively develop modelling, system, and domain capabilities.Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and reliability to ensure strong team performance.2. Success Indicators High accuracy and adherence to modelling rulesLow rework and defect rateSLA and operational KPI performanceContribution to NPS outcomesSkill progression and reliability. Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Management, Product data Management, Configuration Management, Systems Management or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Indicate if this role is an office/field/onsite role.
