HGI is looking for Customer Service Blended Agents (Voice Inbound and Outbound) to support customers with course bookings, enquiries, and account assistance across phone, chat, and email. The role involves handling inbound customer queries and conducting outbound callbacks to assist with registrations, follow-ups, and booking completion in a fast-paced support environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with course bookings, enquiries, and account support through phone, chat, and email. Handle inbound enquiries related to course availability, schedules, and booking assistance. Conduct outbound callback requests to customers who have submitted enquiries or incomplete bookings. Follow up with customers requiring additional information to complete their registration. Provide clear guidance on training options, scheduling, and booking procedures. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling requests. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems. Meet service KPIs, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Collaborate with team leaders and SMEs to resolve complex enquiries. Requirements: 1-3 years BPO or customer service experience. Experience in outbound calling or customer callbacks is highly preferred. Background in blended support environments (voice and email) is an advantage. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Comfortable handling both inbound customer enquiries and outbound customer engagement. Strong multitasking ability while navigating multiple systems. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment. Work-From-Home Requirements: Own laptop/PC (minimum i5 8th Gen processor, 8GB RAM) Must have 2 stable wired internet connections (1 primary and 1 backup; mobile data not accepted) with at least 10 Mbps download speed. Equipped with a noise-cancelling headset Dedicated home office setup with a quiet, private workspace.
