Comprehensive Daily ResponsibilitiesFirst-Class Lobby Assistance: Greet customers warmly as they enter the departures hall. Guide them through the self-service kiosk check-in process, expertly tag and route their checked luggage, and handle oversized sporting equipment or pet carriers with the utmost care.Seamless Gate Management: Take ownership of the boarding process. Deliver engaging, clear public announcements, efficiently verify passenger counts against the flight manifest, and coordinate closely with the ramp crew to guarantee on-time flight departures.Service Recovery & Empathy: Transform stressful travel disruptions into positive experiences. When weather or mechanical issues arise, you will actively rebook flights, provide transparent updates, and offer sincere empathy to frustrated passengers.Baggage Claim Resolution: Stationed occasionally in the arrivals hall, you will assist customers with delayed or damaged luggage, utilizing global tracking systems to reunite passengers with their belongings quickly.Exceptional Part Time RewardsWe take care of our people so they can take care of our customers.
