The Creditors Clerk will handle day-to-day financial tasks, including processing creditor invoices, petty cash reconciliations, and debtors’ transactions. Additional responsibilities include managing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting the finance team with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Creditors management, Petty Cash handling, and Debtors processing Strong background in financial operations and general Finance principles Computer Literacy, including familiarity with financial systems and tools as well as Sage Pastel familiar Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and teamwork abilities Prior experience in transportation or logistics industries is an advantage A relevant finance or accounting qualification will be beneficial
