Position: Store Helper Organization: Jaipur Modern Store & Kitchena Location: C Scheme, Jaipur Working Hours 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM Key Responsibilities Store Maintenance & Organization ● Dust and maintain store cabinets and display areas to ensure a clean and presentable retail environment ● Maintain the storeroom in an orderly and organized manner ● Implement and maintain a systematic labelling and organizational system for all stock items ● Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including display areas and customer spaces Inventory & Stock Management ● Steam iron and prepare stock items for display ● Label jewellery pieces with accurate pricing and product information ● Clean jewellery pieces when required to maintain their appearance and quality Sales & Operations Support ● Assist the store salesman and operations team by quickly locating and retrieving stock pieces from the storeroom when clients are being attended to ● Ensure efficient stock retrieval to enhance customer service experience Required Skills & Attributes ● Attention to detail in organizing and labelling stock ● Strong organizational and time management skills ● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment ● Team player with a collaborative attitude ● Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation ● Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the day Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Store Manager/Operations Team This job description is intended to provide an overview of the position.
