Job Overview We are actively seeking motivated and disciplined Unarmed & Armed Security Officers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safety, security, and order across various client sites. Your expertise in law enforcement, surveillance, and conflict management will be essential in protecting assets, personnel, and property. This position offers an exciting opportunity to serve with professionalism and integrity while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Patrol designated areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access Control access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Conduct thorough inspections using conflict management skills to handle disputes or suspicious behavior Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs accurately and promptly Enforce site policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards Skills Valid security officer license with Level II or III armed certification Proven experience in law enforcement, military, or security roles Strong surveillance skills utilizing CCTV systems and other monitoring tools Excellent conflict management abilities to de-escalate tense situations Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security protocols Ability to pass all required background checks, drug tests, personality assessments, and state-mandated training courses Join us at International Guard Services where your dedication makes a difference!
