We are looking for an experienced Security Field Officer to supervise security guards, manage sites, and ensure smooth daily operations in and around Marathahalli, Bangalore. Responsibilities: Visit and supervise assigned sites regularly Check attendance, uniform, and discipline of guards Handle client coordination and site issues Conduct spot checks and night/day follow-ups (as required) Train and guide security guards on duty procedures Report daily activities to management Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience as Security Supervisor / Field Officer 2-wheeler mandatory with valid license Good knowledge of security operations Basic English/Kannada/Tamil/Hindi communication preferred Responsible, disciplined, and ready for field work Shift: Day Shift Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month (based on experience) Job Location: Marathahalli / East Bangalore How to Apply: Send a mail/cv to [email protected]
