Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $34.06 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions appropriate to the location.Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require follow-up.Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization in accordance with location protocols, and report discrepancies, suspicious behavior, and policy violations.Support a professional environment within an aero and defense location by following post orders, maintaining awareness of restricted areas, and assisting with security-related requests from authorized personnel. Minimum Requirements An active DoD TS-SCI clearance is required.Applicants must be 21+ years of age.A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
