Be our SERVICE ADVISOR for LEAP Job description: Greet and assist customers with their service needs. Accurately record customer concerns and prepare repair orders. Coordinate with technicians and provide updates on vehicle status. Explain recommended services and repair work to customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships. Handle service appointments, estimates, and billing. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor/College degree holder in Mechanical or Automotive courses 3 years relevant work experience in automotive as Service Advisor or any related work experience Experience in the automotive industry (service advisor or related role preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Computer literate (MS Office and service management software). Amenable to work Monday to Saturday (Onsite) Can start a soon as possible Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
