We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Warehouse Operative to join our York Warehouse team! Location: York, YO30 4UU Hours: 40 hours (Monday to Friday) Salary: Dependant on experience THE ROLE: A Trainee Warehouse Operative would be expected to learn all aspects of working within a busy warehouse/yard of a builders merchant. They would be required to develop their knowledge of the building materials and best safe working practises of working in a busy warehouse/yard. DUTIES: The successful candidate will pick and load orders for James Burrell vehicles, serve customers and unload supplier vehicles. Full training will be provided including training on a fork lift truck.
