Are you ready to rejoin the Spirit Halloween team? We're looking for motivated individuals who have previous experience as a Sales Associate at Spencer's or Spirit Halloween. Enjoy an hourly wage between $11.80 and $12.00, based on your qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay ProgramsEnd of Season Premium Pay ProgramPlease note that all bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications. As a Sales Team Member, you will: Assist the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store.Provide excellent Guest Services in line with Company Standards.Help generate sales through various activities including sign waving and general housekeeping.Engage in merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.The minimum age for this position is 16 years old. This role requires physical capability, including: Climbing laddersSetting up fixturesLifting/moving up to 50 poundsPotentially standing/walking for up to 8 hoursJoin us and make this season unforgettable!
