Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Receive, unpack, and price incoming stock deliveries, checking quantities against delivery notes and reporting discrepancies. Requirements A Grade 12 certificate is the minimum requirement; a retail or business-related qualification is advantageous. A genuine passion for customer service with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, particularly for cashier and stock control positions. For management roles, proven experience in leading a retail team and driving sales to achieve targets. A minimum of one to three years of retail experience with proven customer service skills in a store environment. A professional and well-presented appearance reflecting the brand image of the retail establishment.
