Develop and manage detailed portfolio delivery plans, including dependencies, critical paths, and resourcing. Control and monitor project economics, including budgets, costs, staffing, and RAID management. Interface with internal suppliers, external technology partners, operating companies, and Vodafone Business stakeholders. Ensure adherence to mandated Vodafone project management methodologies and governance standards. Track delivery of business benefits and ensure alignment with operational and commercial objectives. Facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders, including portfolio and partner forums. Support customer experience delivery by acting as a point of contact for escalations and queries. Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio, programme, and delivery processes.
