This opportunity is ideal for a strong leader with manufacturing and production supervision experience in a fast-paced factory environment. ? Minimum Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years’ supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment. Supervisory experience within manufacturing or production. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage production targets and workflows. Experience working shifts in a factory environment. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Knowledge of health and safety procedures. ? Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production and factory operations. Lead and motivate production staff. Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance. Ensure health and safety compliance. Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency.
