Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring Officer to support security operations at a high-value warehouse and logistics facility. This role is responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, observing site activity, identifying suspicious behavior, and communicating with on-site security personnel and dispatch when incidents occur. Responsibilities Monitor CCTV cameras covering entrances, loading docks, warehouse areas, parking lots, and perimeter locationObserve and report suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or safety concernsMaintain accurate incident reports and daily activity logsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and on-site officersMonitor access control activity and after-hours site movementAssist with loss prevention and asset protection effortsReport equipment malfunctions, hazards, or emergency situations immediately Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV camera systems covering entrances, exits, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking lots, and perimeter locationsObserve and report suspicious activity, unauthorized access attempts, safety concerns, or unusual behaviorMaintain continuous communication with Dispatch and on-site security personnelSupport access control procedures for employees, vendors, visitors, and delivery personnelMonitor warehouse operations and assist with loss prevention effortsIdentify and report security, safety, or operational concerns in a timely mannerComplete Daily Activity Reports (DARs), incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and professionallyMonitor after-hours activity and ensure property security during non-business hoursAssist with emergency response procedures when requiredEnsure surveillance equipment and communication devices remain operational and report malfunctions immediatelyMaintain professionalism and confidentiality while performing assigned duties Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious security, CCTV monitoring, warehouse security, or dispatch experience preferredStrong attention to detail and situational awarenessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to remain alert and focused for extended periodsBasic computer knowledge and report-writing ability requiredAbility to work independently and make sound decisions under pressureReliable transportation and dependable attendance required Preferred Experience CCTV surveillance systemsWarehouse or logistics security operationsAccess control systemsDispatch or control room environmentsLoss prevention or asset protection experience Work Environment Warehouse and security operations environmentIndoor monitoring with occasional field coordinationFast-paced environment requiring constant awareness and professionalism Schedule Full-time15:00-23:30 (Wed thru Sun)24/7 operation environment Benefits Competitive payStable work environmentHealth Benefits Opportunities for advancementOngoing training provided Apply today to join our security team.
