Essential Duties And Responsibilities Makes regular security and safety rounds inside and outside community buildingsFollows assigned security schedules and job routinesCommunicates clearly, courteously, and professionally with residents, visitors, and team membersResponds quickly and appropriately to urgent care needs and dispatches responses to calls for assistanceUses computers and emergency response systems, including the SARA systemOperates equipment such as vehicles, radios, carts, phones, and computersComplies with infection control regulations and policiesAssists in security-related training, including fire drills and emergency evacuationsMaintains accurate logs and records in a timely manner Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or security-related role preferredAbility to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMust be able to relate to the needs and concerns of senior adults We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
