Essential ResponsibilitiesLoss Prevention: Utilize advanced closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and physical floor patrols to identify, observe, and legally deter incidents of external theft or retail fraud.Safety Auditing: Execute the demanding logistics of facility safety. You will frequently inspect fire exits, ensure hazardous materials are stored correctly, and address any physical tripping hazards to protect customers and staff.Internal Integrity: Act as the ethical standard-bearer of the store. You will monitor operational compliance at the cash registers and receiving docks to identify and mitigate internal inventory shrinkage.De-escalation & Partnership: When necessary, gracefully and professionally de-escalate tense situations on the sales floor, working closely with store management and local law enforcement in a highly compliant manner.Qualifications and BenefitsThis 100% on-site role requires exceptional situational awareness, deep emotional intelligence, and a high degree of ethical integrity.
