Entry Level Construction Laborer

HCD LLC is hiring a dependable Construction Laborer / Apprentice. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training provided. We're looking for someone who wants to work, learn the trade, and grow into a long-term role. You will be working directly with the owner on a variety of residential construction projects. Responsibilities Assist with general construction (demo, framing, decking, siding, repairs) Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site Use hand and power tools (training provided) Follow direction and help keep jobs running efficiently Requirements Reliable and on time daily Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and able to take direction Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Reliable transportation required Pay $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience and work ethic) Performance reviews at 30 and 90 days Raises based on performance Schedule Monday–Friday Typical construction hours (start time varies by job) Why Work Here Direct, hands-on training Opportunity to learn multiple aspects of construction Small, professional work environment Long-term growth opportunity for the right person Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
