About the role (Preferably people staying near KEZAD) We are an international market research consultancy working with businesses across GCC to improve their customer service standards. We are currently looking for reliable individuals to join our network of Customer Service Evaluators (Mystery Shoppers). In this role, you will visit assigned business locations as a regular customer, assess the quality of service based on a structured checklist, and submit your findings through our online platform. Responsibilities Visit assigned locations and interact with staff as a regular customer Evaluate service quality, staff behavior, and overall customer experience Complete and submit a detailed report online within the required timeframe Maintain confidentiality throughout each assignment Requirements Resident of UAE.
