Job Title: Independent Professional Cleaner (Sole Proprietor Position) Job Overview We’re looking for motivated and experienced professional cleaners to join our fast-growing cleaning company. This is a sole-proprietor/independent contractor position—perfect for cleaners who already have their own side gig, operate as contractors, or have professional cleaning experience and want more freedom and higher earning potential. Responsibilities Perform professional residential and/or commercial cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, etc.) Provide outstanding service tailored to client needs and preferences Maintain knowledge of proper care for different surfaces, flooring, and fixtures Manage your own cleaning materials/supplies and ensure jobs are completed efficiently Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the company Deliver consistent, high-quality work to uphold company reputation Requirements Minimum 1.5 years of professional cleaning experience (company or independent) Preferred: currently operating your own cleaning side gig or contracting work Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Positive attitude with a willingness to grow with a startup company Why Join Us? (costs around $15-$35 a month. takes 5min to set up, we'll help and walk you through it) Are you willing to get and keep track of your cleaning supplies? (we'll pay & provide for the first round of supplies if needed but after that it'll be your responsibility to stay stocked. We'll provide a cleaning supply list to take the guest work out.) Are you willing to go to home depot & rent out, pick up, transport, and use cleaning equipment such as a wet carpet cleaner? (We will pre-purchase it for you. In the event of you needing to pay for it you will be reimbursed.) Are you willing to commute up to 15-20 miles per cleaning? Jobs can sometimes be very inconsistent at times. For 1 week it could be 2-3 jobs everyday for the whole week and the next week only having 1 or no jobs even for the whole week. Sometimes it you'll be on call.
