Our client is seeking Automotive Warranty Claims Specialists to ensure warranty claim accuracy and OEM policy compliance across a regional dealer network. This is not a traditional audit role the ideal candidate comes directly from a car dealership service department with hands‑on experience processing OEM warranty claims, reviewing repair orders, and validating documentation. This is a field‑based position with regular travel to dealerships within your assigned region. Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance Compensation : 32–$38 / hr. (based on experience and region) Contract Duration : 1–2 years, with potential for contract‑to‑hire | W2 Work Schedule : Varies by region, dealership hours, and travel requirements Travel : Company‑provided vehicle Regional travel within 6‑hour radius Hotel reimbursement when travel exceeds 90 minutes from home Locations : Atlanta, GA | Houston, TX | Florida (multiple markets) | Austin, TX San Antonio, TX | Seattle, WA | Portland, OR | Salt Lake City, UT Responsibilities : Support chargeback processes when necessary. Assist with additional dealership initiatives as needed. Identify incorrect, incomplete, or non‑compliant warranty claims. Maintain accurate records and follow required documentation standards. Review dealership warranty claim submissions for accuracy and required documentation. Validate repair orders, labor operations, parts usage, and OEM policy compliance. Provide coaching and guidance to dealership personnel to improve claim quality. Communicate findings clearly and professionally with service managers, warranty administrators, and fixed ops teams. Qualifications (Must‑Haves) Strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office / O365. Comfortable with regular regional travel. Professional communication skills with dealership personnel. Hands‑on OEM warranty claim processing experience from a dealership service department. Automotive dealership background in one or more roles : Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator, Warranty Clerk, Service Manager, Dispatcher, Fixed Ops Support. Strong understanding of repair orders, labor ops, parts coding, and OEM warranty policies. Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to changing business needs. High School Diploma or GED required; automotive or warranty training preferred.
