Fast-paced, physical work in a warehouse environment — Responsibilities include receiving, packing, shipping dock, and other warehouse functions sustained activity throughout the full 10-hour shift Task assignments may be shifted daily based on operational needs across departments What we're looking for Experience: Some warehouse or logistics experience is preferred Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of performing demanding, fast-paced physical activities throughout a full 10-hour shift. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are required to effectively coordinate with team leads and coworkers. Attitude: Excellent, team-first attitude is required. Operational Expectations & Flexibility Cross-Department Flexibility: Candidates must be completely open to cross-training and shifting tasks based on daily business needs (e.g., if primarily assigned to packing, you must be willing to support the ship dock or other departments when required). Overtime: Must be available and willing to work overtime (OT) as and when required by the operation. Shift Structure: Ability to commit to a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week.
