As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our services across various platforms and different locations in Dubai. The Junior Sales Associate will focus on engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and developing strategic sales plans to provide tailored solutions and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person visits. Conduct field visits and introduce services to businesses and individuals. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions. Prepare and present weekly sales reports to track performance. Identify emerging markets and target audiences to expand business opportunities. Conduct competitive research to understand market trends and customer demands. Build and foster strong, long-term relationships with clients. Handle customer feedback and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and confidence in speaking with people. Willingness to do field sales (door-to-door visits). Ability to work independently and meet targets.
