Finance Specialist

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Finance professional, who has exposure to fund raising support, investor documentation, and statutory compliances. The role demands practical knowledge rather than only theoretical understanding.

Key Responsibilities - Assisting in fund raising activities and preparation of related documents:

Investor agreements, SHA, SSA, term sheets, cap tablesDocumentation related to domestic & foreign investmentsSupporting FEMA, FDI, RBI filings and compliance requirementsCoordinating with investors, legal advisors, CS, and consultantsHandling PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST and other statutory compliancesAssisting in payroll processing and compliance reportingPreparation of MIS reports, budgets, and basic financial analysisLiaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities Must-Have Skills & Experience - 2-3 years of relevant finance experience in a startupExposure to investment / fund-raising documentationWorking knowledge of FEMA & foreign investment regulationsHands-on experience in PF, ESIC & payroll compliancesComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
