Key Responsibilities Access Control Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel. Verify visitor identity and maintain visitor records/registers. Prevent unauthorized persons from entering the premises. Patrolling the Premises Conduct regular patrols of residential buildings, parking areas, gardens, rooftops, and common areas. Check for suspicious activities, security risks, or safety hazards. Surveillance Monitoring Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems. Report any unusual or suspicious movement immediately. Emergency Response Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, theft, medical emergencies, or disturbances. Assist residents during emergencies and coordinate with police, fire services, or ambulance if required. Gate Management Ensure proper opening and closing of gates. Regulate vehicle movement and parking within the premises. Incident Reporting Maintain daily occurrence reports and logbooks. Report incidents, accidents, damages, or security breaches to supervisors or management. Resident Assistance Provide basic assistance and guidance to residents and guests. Help elderly residents, visitors, or service providers when necessary. Safety Checks Inspect fire extinguishers, emergency exits, lighting systems, and alarm systems regularly. Ensure safety equipment is functional and accessible. Maintaining Discipline and Order Prevent unauthorized gatherings, nuisance, or illegal activities within the premises. Handle disputes calmly and professionally. Protection of Property Safeguard residential property, vehicles, equipment, and common assets from theft, vandalism, or damage.
