Follow and enforce post orders and site-specific security protocols at every location. Respond immediately to any incidents or alarms, including elevated voices or disturbances, ensuring safety and de-escalation. Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols, including parking lots, to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment to maintain site security. Maintain professional, friendly, and approachable interactions with staff, clients, and visitors. Report all incidents, suspicious activities, and maintenance issues accurately and promptly. Assist in emergency situations according to established procedures, including lockdowns or evacuations. Participate in ongoing training under the assigned Account Manager to remain proficient in multi-site operations. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies at all times. Qualifications for Special Operations Group, Tactical Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid security license First aid certification required 1 year of minimum security guard experience Able to make decisions independently while adhering to post orders Prior security experience preferred. Ability to work flexible schedules across multiple sites. Strong communication, observation, and de-escalation skills. Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.
