Introduction We are looking for a highly organised, execution-focused Marketing & Communications Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of marketing and communication activities across This role is for someone who thrives in execution, coordination, and delivery, and who can ensure that campaigns, communications, events, and stakeholder engagements are delivered on time, accurately, and at a high standard. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, translating strategy into structured execution plans, while ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Duties & Responsibilities Campaign & Communication Delivery Execute and manage member, provider, and stakeholder communication campaigns Deliver omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, digital and print Ensure all communication is accurate, approved, and delivered within agreed timelines Marketing Operations & Workflow Management Own and manage the marketing and communications calendar Track all deliverables across campaigns, content, and events Implement structured workflows for briefing, approvals, and delivery Proactively identify risks and escalate delays Events & Activations Plan and execute key events including: Benefit launches Wellness initiatives Stakeholder engagements Annual General Meetings Manage logistics, branding, suppliers, and timelines Deliver post-event reporting and insights Content & Channel Execution Oversee development and rollout of: Emailers, SMS, WhatsApp campaigns Website updates Print materials Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all platforms Member Education & Engagement Execute health and benefit education campaigns Support initiatives that drive member understanding and behaviour change Track engagement, participation, and feedback Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination Liaise with internal teams, clinical stakeholders, and external suppliers Manage expectations and ensure delivery against agreed timelines Coordinate designers, printers, and event suppliers Reporting & Performance Tracking Track turnaround times, campaign delivery, and engagement metrics Maintain communication logs and reporting dashboards Provide regular updates on delivery status and performance What We Are Looking For This role requires someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and execution-driven. You should: Be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Be proactive and solutions-driven Be confident in following up and holding stakeholders accountable Thrive in a fast-paced, high-delivery environment Take ownership and ensure work is completed to a high standard Desired Experience & Qualification Marketing/Communications Degree 8-10 years’ experience in marketing and/or communications Proven experience managing campaign execution and delivery Strong project management and coordination experience Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Skills & Competencies Strong project and time management skills Excellent written communication and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Strong coordination and organisational ability Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through Interested? Duties & Responsibilities

Campaign & Communication Delivery

Execute and manage member, provider, and stakeholder communication campaigns Deliver omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, digital and print Ensure all communication is accurate, approved, and delivered within agreed timelines

Marketing Operations & Workflow Management

Own and manage the marketing and communications calendar Track all deliverables across campaigns, content, and events Implement structured workflows for briefing, approvals, and delivery Proactively identify risks and escalate delays

Events & Activations
