About the Role We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical Data Analyst to take ownership of operational data integrity, delivery close-out accuracy, and documentation control across our logistics network. This role stationed at Highveld Centurion, sits at the heart of operations, ensuring that every delivery is accurately recorded, supported by complete documentation, and validated through structured variance analysis. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational discipline, enabling accurate invoicing, and driving continuous improvement through data-led insights. Key Responsibilities Order Close-Out & Documentation Control Close deliveries in the Order Management System (OMS) within delivery day +2, ensuring accuracy of volumes and timestamps Manage the collection, uploading, and archiving of Proof of Delivery (POD) and Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation Proactively follow up on missing or unclear documentation and resolve discrepancies with drivers and operations teams Maintain a structured, auditable document repository Support Finance with accurate documentation and OMS data for delivery queries Variance Management & Analysis Identify and calculate daily loaded vs delivered variances Conduct first-pass Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on discrepancies Route issues to relevant stakeholders (Operations, HSSE, Supervisors) Maintain a variance register and track corrective actions through to closure Highlight recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Systems & Reporting Ensure data integrity within OMS and related tracking tools Maintain trackers and registers using Excel or equivalent tools Provide visibility on open deliveries, documentation gaps, and exceptions What Success Looks Like Deliveries closed accurately and on time (within delivery day +2) ≥98% documentation completeness within delivery day +1 All variance exceptions identified daily and resolved with tracked corrective actions Finance queries resolved efficiently using evidence-based records Minimum Requirements Education Matric (required) Diploma in Business Administration, Analytics, or Supply Chain (advantageous) Experience 2–4 years in operations administration, logistics, or distribution Experience with data capture, document control, and operational systems Skills & Competencies High attention to detail and data accuracy Strong Excel skills (tracking, reconciliation, data validation) Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Clear and professional written communication Strong follow-through and accountability Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities

Order Close-Out & Documentation Control

Close deliveries in the Order Management System (OMS) within delivery day +2, ensuring accuracy of volumes and timestamps Manage the collection, uploading, and archiving of Proof of Delivery (POD) and Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation Proactively follow up on missing or unclear documentation and resolve discrepancies with drivers and operations teams Maintain a structured, auditable document repository Support Finance with accurate documentation and OMS data for delivery queries

Variance Management & Analysis

Identify and calculate daily loaded vs delivered variances Conduct first-pass Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on discrepancies Route issues to relevant stakeholders (Operations, HSSE, Supervisors) Maintain a variance register and track corrective actions through to closure Highlight recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

Systems & Reporting

Ensure data integrity within OMS and related tracking tools Maintain trackers and registers using Excel or equivalent tools Provide visibility on open deliveries, documentation gaps, and exceptions

What Success Looks Like

Deliveries closed accurately and on time (within delivery day +2) ≥98% documentation completeness within delivery day +1 All variance exceptions identified daily and resolved with tracked corrective actions Finance queries resolved efficiently using evidence-based records

Minimum Requirements

Education

Matric (required) Diploma in Business Administration, Analytics, or Supply Chain (advantageous)

Experience

2–4 years in operations administration, logistics, or distribution Experience with data capture, document control, and operational systems

Skills & Competencies

High attention to detail and data accuracy Strong Excel skills (tracking, reconciliation, data validation) Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Clear and professional written communication Strong follow-through and accountability
