Job Overview Warehouse Returns Operative is responsible for keeping an accurate account of all Return’s Sales Orders ensuring they are processed in a timely manner. Responsibilities Maintaining accurate Inventory records within Warehouse and Manufacturing storage bin locations. Liaise with Sales to process all Returned Orders. Performing regular checks to ensure accuracy. Implementing inventory control procedures and best practices Processing and documenting damaged inventory and coordinating repairs or disposal Laise with Logistics & Install team to coordinate inbound deliveries and ensure all related documentation is correct and up to date. Maintaining accurate Inventory records within Warehouse and Manufacturing storage bin locations. Ideal Candidate Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a busy warehouse experience. Proven experience of Warehouse Management System. Competent use of our handheld scanning devices. Experience with Order Returns Process. Experience Cycle Counting. Counterbalance Forklift Licence. Ability to work of their own initiative. Must have a driven positive Can Do attitude. This role offers an engaging working environment where safety, efficiency, and teamwork are valued.
