Compensation and Anticipated Hours: Medical Benefits Optional Health Savings Account Vision Dental 401K with employer matching dollar for dollar match from 1-3%, 50% Employer Match on 4-5% Paid training Defined vertical mobility and promotion opportunity Job Summary In this role Physical Security Officers (PSO's) can expect to be working in demanding and fast paced environments. PSO's may find themselves working in a wide range of areas to include medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. Additionally PSOs may be asked to work with a firearm. The PSOs mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering on high end customer service. PSOs represent the front line of our security services. Job Duties / Essential Functions Delivering high end customer service Responding to emergencies Deterring and preventing crime Performing ingress/ egress control procedures Investigating incidents Completing daily logs and incident reports Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers De-escalating conflicts Monitoring CCTV cameras Performing other related duties as assigned Skills / Qualifications ACT 235 (current) 21 years of age Current and valid DL High school diploma or GED (1) year experience in armed security recommended Must be able to pass Physical Agility Test and Armed Security Officer course Must be able to pass drug screen Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient time management skills Reliable transportation Excellent de-escalation skills Proficient firearms skills Extensive use of force knowledge Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Ability to work under stress / pressure Ability to lift 25 pounds Ability to wear a uniform Ability to pass Physical Agility Test (PAT) Ability to use force, up to and including deadly force, when reasonably justified Our Mission: To lead the way in caring for, compensating and offering careers to our people, who in turn provide unparalleled professional services to our clients.
