What You'll Do as a Crew Member/Laborer: Arrive at the shop by 5:45 a.m. to load the truck with tools and materials. Drive the crew to residential job sites within an average 45‑minute radius of the shop. Perform hands‑on construction work as needed, including carpentry, decks, additions, retaining walls, patios, siding, roofing, interior trim, and concrete work. Take responsibility for the truck, including fueling and keeping it ready for daily use. Work alongside the crew to complete quality remodeling and renovation projects. Drive back to the shop by about 5:00 p.m. and unload tools and materials. Get paid from the time you leave the shop until you return—no evenings or overnight travel. Our Ideal Crew Member/Laborer: Experience: Construction experience is preferred but not required; we're willing to train entry‑level candidates with the right attitude. Clean Driving Record: Holds a valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record for the past five years. Reliable: Shows up consistently, follows through, and helps keep the crew on schedule. Motivated: Willing to learn the trade, take direction, and grow—whether you're new to construction or already skilled.
