The work requires standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy materials. Extended hours of work may occur, with a single shift lasting as long as 12 hours. Typical hands-on duties include operating hand tools such as: - Tape measure - Wrenches - Hammers - Drills - Rivet guns - Shovels - Grinders - Rakes You will provide various general labor duties in the field on Solar project sites and may perform as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative. Other duties may be assigned as requested. To be successful in this role you must enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather, be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials while adhering to all safety standards, and have reliable transportation to and from the project site. You must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed and convey a positive and professional attitude that adheres to Moss core values.
