What You’ll Do Performs shoveling, lifting, pulling, carrying and other manual labor tasks to maintain work yard for crushing operationsWaters yard throughout the workday to minimize dust levels at siteAssists in heavy maintenance jobs and equipment maintenance tasks such as greasing and inspection to ensure equipment is in safe condition and good working orderAssists and performs duties of co-workers as needed to accomplish productivity objectivesCleans and maintains orderly work area throughout the day, and monitors site to find and report safety issuesCleans job site officesPerforms other duties as required or assigned What You’ll Need Must be 18 years of age Knowledge of or some experience in aggregates, preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Working Conditions Ability to work in all weather conditionsAbility to stand for extended periods of time at conveyor belt operationAbility to climb heights of up to 75 feet on a regular basisAbility to lift, carry, and/or pull 50 pounds on a regular basisAbility to work in dusty, loud noise environmentRequired to wear safety equipment including hard hat, safety glasses, goggles, steel toed boots, ear plugs, respirator, gloves, and various other similar items as required California Pay Requirement: The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
