Best Rides LLC is looking for a Dispatcher that's preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) for a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation service. Dispatchers ensure that our Drivers are arriving on time to pick up clients for their appointments. Dispatcher communicate with clients and drivers throughout the day. A Dispatcher also schedules drivers for clients' rides by accepting trips from Transdev. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs. A Dispatchers is also expected to be a Driver when needed. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles and gas.
