Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering food orders while maintaining excellent customer service and representing the Chick-fil-A brand with professionalism.

Represent Chick-fil-A values and culture while serving as a brand ambassador during deliveriesFollow safe driving practices to transport and deliver food orders efficientlyProvide guests with accurate and timely meal deliveriesRespond to guest questions or concerns during the delivery process in a professional mannerMaintain professionalism in all communication through delivery platforms and appsKeep delivery vehicles and order preparation areas clean and organizedSupport operational efficiency by ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality serviceFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and dress code requirementsCommunicate effectively with supervisors to understand shift expectationsPerform additional duties as assigned by leadershipRequired Skills and Experience:
