The application is a large enterprise Angular system (~900+ TypeScript files, 120+ routes) developed by multiple contributors over time. The primary objective is to lead the structural modernization of this codebase: decomposing a monolithic root module into domain-driven lazy-loaded feature modules, establishing reusable UI components, remediating architectural tech debt, enforcing robust quality gates, and standardizing patterns to prepare the application for AI-assisted SDLC workflows. Key Responsibilities Architectural Refactoring & Modularization: Progressively decompose the oversized root module (AppModule) and routing configuration into clean, domain-driven, lazy-loaded feature modules (e.g., Programme Authoring, Payments, Vehicle Inquiry, Batch Runs). Enforce clear boundaries between Core, Shared, and Feature layers, eliminating boundary leaks (such as direct HttpClient calls in UI components).
