We’re seeking motivated individuals who are independent, hardworking, and eager to make a difference. Key Responsibilities: Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, and other floor care equipment to maintain polished, professional surfaces Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and specialized commercial cleaning services Deliver thorough sanitation services in restrooms and high-traffic areas at local businesses Follow Enviro-Master's proven cleaning protocols to ensure top-notch cleanliness and safety What You Need to Succeed: Experience with floor scrubbing or buffing machines is highly preferred and will be a key part of this role Have at least one year of experience in commercial cleaning Reliable Vehicle & Valid Driver’s License (Mileage Reimbursement Provided) Smartphone for managing daily routes and communication Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong integrity, work ethic, and a commitment to delivering quality work Availability for a Monday-Friday Schedule (5am - 1pm) with Optional Weekend/Evening Shifts Our Culture: At Enviro-Master Services, we foster a workplace where teamwork, growth, and purpose thrive.
