Remote positions open for candidates in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.Bilingual in Spanish/English preferredWe are an elite oral surgery practice that has a commitment to exceptional care for patients and first-class service to our referring doctors. We are looking for a fun, hardworking, compassionate, team player to help us grow our many practices and continue to serve their surrounding communities with all of their oral surgery needs. Previous healthcare experience a plus but not required.
Our Practice Ambassadors serve as the first impression in our patient’s experience by providing remarkable customer service primarily via phone, with occasional in person patient care.
Practice Ambassadorsalso offer a variety of patient care and office duties as described below.
Role and Responsibilities
The
Practice Ambassador
will answer phones, schedule appointments, collect patient financial responsibility and ensure all information is collected in the patient’s chart. Provide concierge level customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone or via electronic communication. Answer the phone promptly with a smile. Schedule for multiple practices based on each doctor preferences. Schedules appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of exam and treatment rooms. Make outbound calls to patients being referred for procedures. Manage patient calls regarding post operative and billing questions. Maintains professional relationship with referring offices. Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of customer service experience required.
Skills and Abilities
Understanding of dental terminology. Friendly, inviting, and professional personality and presence. Basic office skills such as typing and filing. Good organizational skills. Attention to detail. Monday through Thursday 8am-5pmFriday from 8am -3pm
