Join our team and be a part of shaping the future of technology in the insurance industry.\n\nDevelop and maintain high-quality software applications using Javascript, Node.js, React, and AWS technologies.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nDesign and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business needs and adhere to industry best practices.\n\nContinuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools to improve software development processes.\n\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code that is easily maintainable and reusable.\n\nTroubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely and efficient manner.\n\nWork closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software projects.\n\nMentor and coach junior team members, providing technical guidance and support as needed.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.\n\nContinuously improve and optimize existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.\n\nAdhere to project timelines and deliver code on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.\n\nCollaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure thorough testing and bug fixes before deployment.\n\nComply with company policies and procedures, including security protocols, while handling sensitive data.\n\nCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on the project status.\n\nProactively identify and propose solutions to complex technical challenges, striving for continuous improvement and innovation.
