JOB SUMMARY: Hours: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday - Friday Work in the Crossdock warehouse unloading and loading shuttle trucks to ensure parts orders and other company transfers get shipped to the proper location. Job will involve heavy use of forklifts. KEY COMPETENCIES: Follow safe working practices / procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work with supervisor to follow a career development plan. Maintain personnel time cardsCommunicate effectively with and work harmoniously and constructively with other employees and customers.Attend required training classes.Follow clear verbal and written instructions.Adhere to all company policies and proceduresLocate and use service literature and/or technical information.Performing other related tasks and activities as directed by supervisorKeep up to date with developments in tooling, technologies and systemsUnder supervision, operate various types of cleaning equipment.Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED requiredOne year of warehouse and inventory experience, preference given to some of this experience being in a mechanical parts environment.Basic computer proficiencyForklift experienceProven record of above average job performance, highly motivated, have a positive attitude, customer oriented and be willing to function in a team environment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift and box up cores weighting from 1 pound to 50 pounds for extended periods of time.
