We are looking for highly experienced Senior Odoo Developers based in India to join a UAE-based ERP implementation and development project on a remote working basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Odoo development, customization, integrations, and business process automation, with particular expertise in Odoo 18. Position: Senior Odoo Developer Location: India – Remote Project: UAE-based Experience: Minimum 8 years of Odoo development experience Required: Strong hands-on knowledge of Odoo 18 Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications.Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Odoo solutions.Develop custom modules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.Customize existing Odoo functionality to meet specific business requirements.Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and external APIs.Troubleshoot and optimize existing Odoo implementations.Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.Work closely with functional consultants and business users.Participate in the complete development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and support.Ensure solutions follow Odoo development best practices and are upgrade-friendly. Mandatory Requirements: 8+ years of professional Odoo development experience.Strong practical experience with Odoo 18.Excellent knowledge of Python and the Odoo framework.Strong understanding of PostgreSQL.Experience developing custom Odoo modules.Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views, security, workflows, automated actions, and server actions.Experience with Odoo APIs and third-party integrations.Good understanding of Git/version control.Ability to independently analyze complex business requirements and develop appropriate solutions.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with a UAE-based project team remotely.
