Security Supervisor

We are seeking a detailoriented and decisive Security Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Security Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our facility staff and assets. You will lead a team of security personnel implement security protocols and respond to emergencies with efficiency and professionalism. Oversee daily security operations including staff scheduling patrol assignments and incident reportingConduct regular risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures to mitigate potential threatsMonitor and maintain security systems including CCTV access control and alarm systemsLead and mentor a team of security officers providing training guidance and performance evaluationsCollaborate with management to develop and update security policies and proceduresRespond promptly to security incidents emergencies and customer concernsConduct thorough investigations of security breaches accidents or suspicious activitiesLiaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessaryEnsure compliance with local security regulations and company policiesPrepare detailed reports on security operations incidents and trends for upper managementManage the security budget and inventory of security equipmentStay updated on industry best practices and emerging security technologies Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Criminology Criminal Justice Emergency Management or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in facility or workplace securityAt least 2 years of supervisory experience in a security roleValid security certification or license as required by local regulationsProficiency in security management software and surveillance systemsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAnalytical mindset with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilitiesCustomerfocused approach with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomaticallyValid drivers license and clean driving recordCurrent CPR/AED/First Aid certificationPhysical fitness to perform security duties and respond to emergenciesAbility to work night shifts weekends and irregular hours as requiredFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian security laws and regulations (preferred)Certifications in specialized security or law enforcement fields (asset) Additional Information : Being a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.
