You will create attractive window and in-store displays, implement planograms, dress mannequins, and ensure merchandise is presented to maximise sales. A creative eye and understanding of consumer behaviour are important. Responsibilities Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally, adhering to company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Open and close the store following security procedures including cashing up, locking up, and setting alarms. Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify shrinkage issues promptly. Receive, unpack, and price incoming stock deliveries, checking quantities against delivery notes and reporting discrepancies. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store including the sales floor, fitting rooms, stockroom, and staff areas. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, card, and digital payments with speed and precision. Requirements Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy for stock management and reporting. A genuine passion for customer service with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. A Grade 12 certificate is the minimum requirement; a retail or business-related qualification is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
