Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting notable activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verifying credentials, following post orders, and communicating with site representatives regarding access-related questions or concerns. Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by observing shipping and receiving areas, reporting damaged property or policy violations, and maintaining accurate daily activity and incident records. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
