RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver exceptional service to clients, customers, and the public Perform assigned duties as directed by supervisors or client representatives Monitor, inspect, and maintain safety and security of facilities Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies consistently Respond promptly to incidents, gather relevant information, and complete detailed reports Contact emergency services in high-risk or critical situations QUALIFICATIONS: Must have 3 years of security experience (required) Valid BSIS Guard Card (required) Valid California Driver’s License High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Must be available for All Shifts (hours discussed during interview) Must be Bilingual Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions) Valid California Driver’s License Valid Guard Card Job Types: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Overnight shift Swing Shift Day Shift License/Certification: Guard Card (Required) CA Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Pasadena, CA (Required) Experience: Security: 4 years (Required)
