Key Responsibilities Perform various physical tasks on job sites, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 50 lbs. Assist skilled tradespersons and other team members as required. Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company and industry safety protocols. Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and other vehicles. Dig trenches, shovel, and perform other manual excavation tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders accurately and promptly. Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up equipment for projects. Participate in daily safety briefings and contribute to a culture of workplace safety. Required Skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Strong work ethic and reliability, with a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently. Basic understanding of workplace safety principles and practices. Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job site demands. Legal eligibility to work in Canada. Preferred Qualifications Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record. First Aid/CPR certification.
