Starting Pay: $16–$17 per hour Location: Allen Parkway Position Type: Full-Time | Various Shifts (Days, Nights, Weekends) About the Role As a Control Operator at Prevail Security Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned facilities through vigilant monitoring, coordination, and communication. Your duties will include: Monitoring security systems and surveillance equipment Dispatching officers and responding promptly to alarms or incidents Conducting routine patrols and site inspections Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and digital reports Providing professional customer service and support to clients and team members Upholding all safety and security protocols to ensure a secure environment You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence in safety and client service. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: At least 1 year of professional security experience (office building or control room experience preferred) A valid driver's license Ability to travel to the Allen Parkway area (77449 proximity preferred) An active security license (required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure Basic smartphone proficiency and ability to complete digital incident reports Familiarity with security software and monitoring tools (a plus) Flexible availability - must be able to work day, night, and weekend shifts Why Join Prevail Security Services?
