Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with post orders and client guidelines. Complete routine reports, note security-related concerns, and support emergency response activities based on the needs of the location and assigned shift. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
