Key Responsibilities
1. Safety Compliance Monitoring
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, standards, and company policies. Conduct regular Center FLS (Fire & Life Safety) audits to identify hazards and non-compliance. Plan and facilitate monthly Safety Committee meetings with operations. Support the development and execution of safety initiatives and programs. 2. Incident Prevention, Reporting & Investigation
Ensure all incidents are reported, investigated, and closed with proper CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Analyze incident trends to identify improvement areas. Promote proactive measures to reduce risk and prevent injuries. 3. Promoting a Safety Culture
Foster a strong, positive safety culture throughout the organization. Organize safety trainings, workshops, and awareness campaigns for staff. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams to create a unified approach to safety. Communicate safety policies effectively across all levels of the organization. Encourage employee feedback to enhance safety practices. 5. Risk Assessment & Documentation
Stay updated on safety regulations and industry best practices. Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment) for new tasks, equipment, and processes. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of audits, training, and incidents. 6. Emergency Preparedness
Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans. Ensure staff are trained and aware of emergency protocols.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience ME / M.Tech in Industrial Safety OR BE / B.Tech
