Maintain and update staffing trackers and systems (primarily Excel-based)Execute high-volume administrative workflows (allocations, time-off updates, training tracking, etc.)Manage incoming staffing requests and support prioritization / routingMaintain visibility into resource deployment and utilizationSupport communication of staffing updates to consultants and leadershipEnsure data accuracy and consistency across tools
Requirements:
Strong Excel/data management skillsExperience in staffing operations, PMO, or high-volume administrative rolesHighly detail-oriented with strong execution speedAbility to manage multiple requests simultaneouslyStrong communication skills
